Return Policy
Standard Auto Part is committed to customer satisfaction and complies with consumer business laws in both Canada and the United States. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when making purchases from our website. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return:
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on purchased directly from Standard Auto Part within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Special orders or custom-made products.
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered from their original condition.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
- 25% Restocking Fees will be applied for all non defective returns.
