Exposed to extreme temperatures and the elements, over time the rubber begins to crack which can lead to a catastrophic hose failure. Omix has replacement brake hoses, built to the standards demanded by the factory, for safety you can depend on. This replacement REAR brake hose fits 41-45 MB/GPW, 46-49 CJ2A, 49-53 CJ3A, 53-64 CJ3B, 55-66 CJ5, 50-52 M38 and 52-66 M38A1 models. This 16- in. brake hose runs from the frame mounted line to the rear differential. Replaces OE 800952
